Dear Rose-Dore,
Spring is just a couple of weeks away. Before we know it, the tulips will be blooming and summer will be just around the corner.
This month many of the stylists will be attending the Chicago hair show. We know we will come back with lots of great new ideas and information on the latest trends. Make your appointment now for your new spring "do."
Have you ever wondered how it is that every new fashion seems to be in a particular shade of green or how KitchenAid and LG end up making appliances in the same new colors? In this issue of our E-newsletter, you can read about the Color Marketing Group and the colors they have declared will be hot in 2009.
Don't forget to set your clocks ahead one hour on Sunday, March 8, when Daylight Saving Time springs forward.

Hot Colors for 2009
The Color Marketing Group, an international association of color design professionals, forecasts color trends up to three years in advance. That group predicts yellow will be a big accent color this year, along with orange, red, teal and turquoise.
Our commitment to a greener environment is influencing color. Watery and sky blues will be very popular.
CMG says that purple is 2009's "must have" color and that white will show up everywhere. |
