Blue Friday
It will be Blue Friday at Rose-Dore Salon on Friday, January 15, 2010. The Colts will play their first play-off game that weekend so we thought we would do all we could to help propel them to victory. Dress up in your Colts apparel or just wear blue and get in the spirit if you are visiting the salon that day. Better yet, make an appointment just so you can join in the fun. Wherever you are on Friday the 15th, wear blue to show your support for our Indianapolis Colts.

New Year's Resolutions
Okay, we've all made some New Year's resolutions. Right? Some of us resolve to lose weight. Others plan to exercise regularly. Still others of us vow to reduce the stress in our lives.
The Rose-Dore suggests a few more resolutions for your 2010.

The New You
I want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year! This year has been full of many challenges for all of us. The average American will gain nine pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year's Day. Most Americans will take the initiative right away to shed those pounds. I wish everyone all the success in the world to achieve this goal. I want to congratulate all of my clients for your hard work and success this past year. I am very proud of you and will be here for you for support, motivation and education. I am currently working toward another certification as a Trainer of Special Populations. My training will help me better assist those with unique needs. I will be able to design and implement effective exercise programs that range from youth, senior, pre/post pregnancy, obesity and people with disabilities, chronic diseases and multiple conditions.
